Tang Jian: 1997, I entered the catering industry and founded Tangjia Courtyard and Yuen Long Bar in Qingdao. For the Tang family's old courtyard, Zibo store and Qingdao store together, there were 300 people at the most brilliant time. However, the investment in greening projects in 2005 failed carelessly, dragging down my catering enterprises, and I myself fell into a debt whirlpool. At first, I was scared. Sometimes I didn't dare to answer the phone for more than ten days. Once I ate a handful of dried noodles a week. Under the pressure of debt, my wife had no choice but to divorce me and leave with the children. In the most difficult time, the car needs gas, and I only have more than 20 pieces left on me. I added all these 20 pieces.

In 2020, with the investment of my friends, I opened a shop and a small factory, and I was responsible for the quality control of suppliers and seasoning formulas. Today, I have opened five sausage shops.

Now my business focus is online live broadcast, and I intend to continue to develop e-commerce live broadcast and expand the traditional sausage business through live broadcast. Tang Jian: We will not consider joining the sausage industry. As far as commodities are concerned, it takes us 25-30 minutes to bake a sausage, and ordinary guests will not wait. I really don't want to cut leeks.

There was a lot of traffic at that time. After the live broadcast, I sold 1.9 million. At that time, I saw hope, very excited and very happy. I'm not tired at all.
