There are several situations in which telecom broadband is dropped;
1, the telecommunication line is unstable. This situation is generally that the cable outside is aging, or the interface is improperly wrapped and rusted (possibly rain), or the line is too long and the signal is attenuated in the line.
2. User insider questions. In this case, the external line is connected to your internal line, which is buried in the wall and invisible to the naked eye. It may be because of too long time or too high humidity that the internal wiring of your home has begun to rust or rot, which will definitely affect the signal transmission.
3.moden (cat) problem. Maybe there is something wrong with your cat because it has been powered on for too long. If you don't use the cat provided by telecom, it is likely that the cat you bought is inferior. In this case, I suggest you change the cat provided by telecom, which is more secure.
4. Computer problems. The computer is infected with a virus, which is actually relatively easy to judge.
If you connect to the router instead of dialing, it may be that there is something wrong with your router. I suggest you buy a router with better quality (more expensive).
6. There is something wrong with other computers connected to the router, which will affect other computers.
Basically, it is the above situations. If you can't handle it yourself, I suggest you guarantee it and let the telecom personnel help you maintain it.
