Guide to rent extraction
I. Extraction conditions
Employees who meet the following conditions may apply for withdrawing the balance stored in the housing provident fund account and pay the housing rental fee:
(a) there is no self-owned housing in the workplace and the administrative area of this Municipality.
(two) did not withdraw the housing provident fund for the purchase, construction, renovation, overhaul of their own housing or repayment of housing loan principal and interest.
(3) Rent commercial housing, low-rent housing or affordable rental housing recognized by the government within the administrative area of Chengdu.
Second, the extraction of proof materials
The employee shall provide the following supporting materials when applying for withdrawal:
(a) to withdraw my housing provident fund, I shall provide my identity card;
(two) to withdraw the spouse's housing provident fund, it shall provide the spouse's identity card and marriage certificate;
(3) For leasing commercial housing, the original general tax payment certificate issued by the local tax authorities, the original or photocopy of the housing lease registration certificate and the photocopy of the ownership certificate of the leased commercial housing shall be provided. If the leased commercial housing has not yet handled the property right, provide a copy of the abstract of the purchase contract or commercial housing sales contract;
(four) to lease affordable housing or public housing, it shall provide a lease agreement and a special receipt for rent issued by the housing management department;
(5) Other documents as determined by laws and regulations.
Special tips
(1) If it is necessary to withdraw the spouse's housing provident fund, the following materials shall also be submitted: the original spouse ID card, the spouse's housing provident fund co-branded card and the spouse's non-housing provident fund co-branded card. It is necessary to provide the withdrawal certificate of Chengdu housing provident fund signed by the employer and the original certificate of husband and wife relationship issued by my savings account, marriage certificate or civil affairs department.
(2) Employees without a joint card are required to issue the Certificate of Withdrawal of Chengdu Housing Provident Fund signed by the unit in duplicate (which can be downloaded from the website of the center).
(3) Custody workers are required to issue the original notice of Chengdu housing provident fund transfer.

Third, the withdrawal amount.
(a) rental housing, the withdrawal amount does not exceed the amount of housing rent paid by the employee when applying for withdrawal, and does not exceed the prescribed limit and the balance of the employee housing provident fund account.
(2) When the storage balance of the employee's own housing provident fund account is insufficient, he can apply for withdrawing the storage balance of the spouse's housing provident fund account.
(3) If more than one person * * * rents the same house, the withdrawal amount shall be drawn according to the lease relationship or rent distribution scheme recorded in the house lease contract, and the proportion of their respective housing lease expenses shall be drawn from the extractable amount. If there is no rent distribution scheme, the average amount that each employee who participates in the allocation can withdraw is approved.
(4) Employees who rent more than 1 set of houses can only apply for renting 1 set of houses and withdraw the housing accumulation fund to pay the housing rental expenses.
Fourth, the extraction time
(a) apply for the withdrawal of housing provident fund for rental for self-occupation, and withdraw 1 time every year during the lease period. After the termination of the lease contract, you must apply for rent withdrawal within 6 months;
(2) After the employee applies for renting a house for self-occupation for the first time to withdraw the housing provident fund business, the interval of subsequent withdrawal should be greater than 12 months.

Time limit for accepting intransitive verbs
If the procedures are complete, they will be handled on the spot. Need to check the relevant matters, the provident fund center shall, within 3 working days from the date of receiving the employee's application, make a decision on whether to approve or disapprove the withdrawal. If the withdrawal is not approved after examination, the reasons shall be informed. If the applicant disagrees with the audit opinion of the center, he may apply for a review. The application for review shall be answered within 5 working days.
