Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 In order to ensure the smooth enrollment of college entrance examination in summer, and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of schools and candidates, according to the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other laws and regulations, the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Further Promoting the Information Disclosure of College Admissions (Letter of Instruction [2007]), the spirit of the implementation opinions of the State Council and Guangdong Province on deepening the reform of the examination enrollment system and the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the Provincial Admissions Committee are fully implemented.
Article 2 School enrollment shall follow the principles of "fair competition, fair selection, open procedures, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission" and accept the supervision of discipline inspection and supervision departments, candidates, parents and all sectors of society.

According to the requirements of the five-year talent training program, the students in the experimental class of the pilot major have completed three years of higher vocational education. Those who pass the examination meet the relevant conditions and requirements and obtain the graduation certificate of our general higher vocational (junior college). Students in the experimental class passed the transfer selection and assessment, and entered the pilot major of collaborative education undergraduate colleges for two years. Those who meet the relevant conditions and requirements can obtain the corresponding undergraduate diploma and degree certificate. Non-experimental students are not allowed to transfer to experimental classes of pilot majors. The specific cooperative undergraduate colleges and majors are as follows:

Article 19 In Guangdong Province, to apply for a general major at the junior college level, liberal arts candidates must take three exams of physics, chemistry and biology at the academic level of ordinary high schools, and science candidates must take three exams of ideological and political, history and geography at the academic level of ordinary high schools, and all exams must obtain grade results; And to apply for general majors in colleges and universities, you must have at least 1 subject score C or above. Article 20 In the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) where parallel volunteer is implemented, schools can determine the fine-tuning scheme and file transfer ratio of the enrollment plan according to the parallel volunteer file transfer rules and students' situation announced by the provincial enrollment offices.
Article 21 In the case that the ideological and political moral assessment and physical health examination are qualified, the results of the unified examination reach the minimum score line for admission in the same batch, and meet the requirements of school filing, the students will be admitted on the basis of their own grades, professional volunteers and school admission principles.
Twenty-second liberal arts majors, in accordance with the rules of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), the principle of "professional volunteers first" after scoring, according to the order in which candidates fill in professional volunteers, from high scores to low scores. When the total score of candidates is the same, candidates who have studied the basic knowledge (modules) of relevant majors will be given priority. If the total score is the same and there is no ranking score, it will be sorted from high to low according to the single subject order and scores of the general college entrance examination: liberal arts are Chinese, mathematics, foreign languages and liberal arts; Science is a combination of mathematics, Chinese, foreign languages and science. The admission principle of our school in Hainan Province is implemented in accordance with the scheme and related measures announced by Hainan Province.
Article 23 When all the professional volunteers reported by the candidates have not been admitted, if there is any professional adjustment, they will be adjusted from high to low according to the total score of the candidates' investment to the professional admission that is intended to be vacant and meets the requirements of relevant majors; Candidates who do not obey the adjustment, or who obey the adjustment but do not meet the relevant requirements for professional vacancies in the plan, will be dismissed.
Article 24 The public foreign language teaching in our school is English, and candidates in non-English languages should apply carefully.

Article 27 After the freshmen enter the school, the school will review their health according to the Guiding Opinions on the Physical Examination of Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities formulated by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation, and the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Issues Related to the Cancellation of Hepatitis B Detection in the Physical Examination of Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities. Chapter VII Registration and Audit of Freshmen

Chapter II XI Supplementary Provisions
Article 34 The Articles of Association, which were discussed and approved by the school principal's office meeting, are applicable to the enrollment of college entrance examination in summer of 2020 and shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
Article 35 The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the Admissions Office of Guangdong Communications Vocational and Technical College authorized by Guangdong Communications Vocational and Technical College.
