If land is redistributed, these resources will be wasted, so the possibility of land redistribution in the future is almost zero.

3. Strictly protect rural land.

At present, rural areas all over the country are carrying out land consolidation, strictly controlling the red line of rural cultivated land and ensuring the fertility of rural cultivated land. Article 37 of the Land Management Law stipulates that non-agricultural construction must save land and may not occupy cultivated land; If farmers use cultivated land for other purposes, the land will be reclaimed. At the same time, Article 342nd of the Criminal Law stipulates that: violation of land management laws and regulations, resulting in massive destruction of cultivated land; It will be divided into fines and criminal detention, and the land use right will be recovered if the circumstances are serious.

In the future, the state will further strengthen the work of land confirmation for rural land. After the land confirmation work is implemented, rural land will not be redistributed in the future. Moreover, in order to ensure that rural cultivated land is not destroyed, China's land management law clearly stipulates the protection of rural land. Even if the land management right is transferred, the most fundamental land is the right to use, or the farmers themselves.
