Registered supervision engineers can engage in engineering supervision, engineering economic and technical consulting, engineering bidding and procurement consulting, engineering project management services and other businesses stipulated by the relevant departments of the State Council.
(2) the provincial registered supervision engineer can only practice in this province, can only be a professional supervision engineer, not a chief supervision engineer.
(3) There is no restriction on national registered supervision engineers, and they can practice nationwide as chief supervision engineers. Chief supervision engineer refers to the supervision engineer authorized by the legal representative of the supervision unit in writing, who is fully responsible for the performance of the entrusted supervision contract and presides over the work of the project supervision institution.
Engineering supervision specification includes two aspects:
First, the engineering category, the scope of which is determined as various civil engineering, construction engineering, line and pipeline engineering, equipment installation engineering and decoration engineering;
The second is the project construction stage, the scope of which is determined as the project construction investment decision-making stage, bidding and survey and design stage, construction bidding and construction stage (including equipment procurement and manufacturing and engineering quality warranty).
