Third, other policies.

The Notice pointed out that in order to implement the supply-side reform policy, Harbin will strengthen the planning and management of land supply, intensify regulation and control, and formulate differentiated land supply policies according to the relationship between supply and demand of real estate land in various regions.

For areas with large demand for real estate land such as Haxi and Songbei, the supply of residential land should be appropriately increased to speed up the pace of land supply;

Timely organize the supply of residential land released by the transformation of old cities such as Xiangfang District;

For Acheng District, Limin Development Zone and other areas with large inventory of commercial housing, the supply of residential and commercial service land should be properly controlled and adjusted according to market conditions.
