Purpose of the Committee
Party B will provide consulting services on matters entrusted by Party A according to laws and policies formulated by relevant departments.
Party A's responsibility: to ensure the truthfulness, legality and completeness of the information provided and the full disclosure of relevant information.
The obligations of the parties are:
1. Provide consulting services to Party B in time, ask for information and all other relevant information, and actively cooperate with Party B's consulting services.
2. Provide necessary cooperation and working conditions for the relevant staff sent by Party B. Specifically, Party B will make a list for the staff before the consulting service begins.
3. Provide consulting services according to the agreement in this book, and pay the fees in full and on time. Party B's duty is to carry out business consulting services in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws and policies.
B obligations are:
1. According to an agreement to complete the business consulting service, Party B, as Party A, will do business consulting service, coupled with objective factors such as the limitation of Party A's understanding of the specific situation, there will inevitably be some important false reflections. Therefore, it can't replace the responsibilities that Party B and Party A reduce or exclude.
2. Keep Party A's business secrets known in the course of business execution strictly confidential. Unless otherwise stipulated by relevant laws and policies, or with the consent of Party A, Party B shall not disclose the known information of Party A and business secrets.
The service charge agreed upon in this matter shall be charged by the hour according to the charging time (1): (in words) × RMB/hour (in figures) × hour. Effective time of written agreement
