1. Valid resident ID cards and household registration books of both parties. The collective account is proved by the unit or police station where the account is located;
2. Proof of marital status issued by the location of the personal file of the party concerned or the community neighborhood committee (village committee);
3. Pre-marital physical examination report;
4. If you are divorced, you must also bring a divorce certificate;
5. In case of widowhood, the other party shall issue a certificate of widowhood to the police station at the place of death.
Civil Affairs Bureau marriage registration conditions are as follows:
1, the marriage registry has jurisdiction;
2. Both men and women who want to get married apply to the marriage registration office together;
3. The male party is 22 years old and the female party is 20 years old;
4. Both parties have no spouse (unmarried, divorced or widowed);
5. Both parties have no lineal blood relatives and collateral blood relatives within three generations;
6. Both parties get married voluntarily;
7. Both parties shall submit three recent two-inch half-length bareheaded photos of both parties;
8. The parties concerned shall hold the required valid certificates and materials.

Marriage should be completely voluntary by both men and women, and it is forbidden for either party to force the other, and no organization or individual may interfere.

The age of marriage should not be earlier than 22 for men and 20 for women.
