Wenzhou Li Xiuzhen is the legal representative, executive director and general manager of Huahong Jiaxin Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., and one of the founders of Huahong Jiaxin. He co-founded the company with Li Jinshu, Li Jinlong and Li Jinjie.
Li Xiuzhen and Li Jinshu from Wenzhou are husband and wife. Both of them started by buying and selling seafood, and later transformed into real estate and founded Huahong Jiaxin. Li Jinshu used to be the chairman of Huahong Jiaxin, but now he has retired and was replaced by Wenzhou Li Xiuzhen.
Li Xiuzhen, Li Jinlong and Li Jinjie in Wenzhou are brother and sister. They are all children of Li Chengzong, one of the founders of Wenzhou Xianxian Island brand. Li Jinlong and Li Jinjie also set foot in the real estate industry, and founded Guo Hong Xinrui and Hong Xin Longxiang respectively.
