At present, the Enterprise Council has 244 member enterprises, including 22 vice-chairman enterprises and 37 executive director enterprises, involving new energy, solar energy, wind energy, biomass energy, electricity, batteries, electric bicycles, electric vehicles, finance, chemical industry, real estate and other industries.
Enterprises of the Council jointly invest, cooperate with national competent ministries and local cities to promote urban low-carbon development, promote low-carbon energy-saving buildings, low-carbon demonstration community pilot implementation plan planning, BOT PPP financing and operation guidance, promote the application of new and renewable energy in urban low-carbon, and promote urban low-carbon transportation.
Specific tasks and responsibilities:
(1) Assist the member units of the board of directors in public relations communication among relevant national ministries, local governments, enterprises, scientific research units and famous experts: undertake cross-industry projects among member units and joint investment cooperation among primary, secondary and tertiary industries; Consulting the application for approval of national project funds and special funds, and assisting domestic enterprises to carry out international project cooperation, listing operation, legal aid, investment and financing; Carry out strategic cooperation with local governments, examine and approve large-scale local projects, assist local governments in attracting investment at home and abroad, issue local bonds, and carry out strategic cooperation between local governments and relevant state ministries and commissions.
(2) To supervise and manage industry standards in conjunction with relevant state departments, assist the government in studying industry policies, and organize the evaluation of low-carbon environmental protection products, low-carbon enterprises, low-carbon brands and low-carbon energy-saving buildings in China.
(3) Vigorously carry out scientific and technological innovation and technology popularization, increase investment in science and technology, establish an alliance development fund as soon as possible, speed up research and development on energy-saving production, consumption reduction and emission reduction, introduce and absorb foreign advanced technologies, and establish a mechanism for enjoying scientific and technological achievements.
(4) Promote and build a green, innovative and intensive low-carbon industrial park, realize the intensification of land resources, production, clean fuel supply and three wastes treatment, promote mutual benefit and win-win among alliance members, promote the harmonious development of the industry and related industries, and improve the overall competitiveness of the industry.
(5) Formulate the self-discipline convention of the alliance, conduct self-discipline management on the industries of the alliance members, assist the relevant state departments to establish and maintain a fair competition environment inside and outside the alliance, and promote the low-carbon industry in China to realize a credible economy.
(six) to reflect the wishes and demands of the members of the alliance to the government. Put forward constructive suggestions to promote industrial development, provide a basis for the government to formulate relevant industrial policies, and strive for policy support in line with industrial development; Strive for government project funds and support the development of the alliance and its members.
(seven) actively strive for the support of relevant state departments, as soon as possible to establish a low-carbon industry development fund in China.
(eight) actively carry out foreign exchanges and cooperation, sign bilateral or multilateral cooperation agreements with relevant departments and organizations of governments around the world, and contact and organize foreign technical exchanges.
(nine) to strengthen the external publicity of alliance members, and establish a good relationship between alliance members and consumers.
(ten) to provide information, consulting, training and other services for members of the alliance; Establish a low-carbon industry development forum, carry out consultation around industrial development, and hold seminars, demonstration meetings, promotion meetings and exhibitions; Establish the magazine "Low Carbon Industry Alliance"; Establish clubs and salons; Organize groups to participate in domestic and foreign trade exhibitions and expositions.
