Student identity
Student status refers to the legal status or qualification of a student belonging to a school. Anyone who practices fraud or engages in malpractices for personal gain will be disqualified once verified. Anyone who has obtained a student status and a certificate as an impostor, once verified, will take back the certificate and cancel the electronic registration information of the academic certificate on the academic certificate inquiry website designated by the Ministry of Education.
Students who are not admitted by the provincial admissions department have no student status, no matter how long they study at school. Even if the course expires and the results are qualified, you will not get the certificate of general higher education recognized by the state.
Students can check the admission information through the website designated by the provincial admissions department of the place of origin to find out whether they have been formally admitted. The Ministry of Education has formulated the Administrative Measures for Electronic Registration of Freshmen in Colleges and Universities, so that students can know whether they are registered students through designated channels and with effective information.
Knowledge expansion:
The school recruits new students according to the school district designated by the education administrative department where the household registration is located and the relevant requirements. When junior high school freshmen enter school, they should submit the original files, accounts and housing certificates of primary school students to the school for review. After the students pass the examination, they will report to the school at the specified time with the notice stamped with the school registration management chapter and school chapter of the education administrative department in the jurisdiction.
When new primary school students enter school, they should submit the household registration book and housing certificate to the education administrative department of the jurisdiction for examination. After passing the examination, with the notice of the administrative department of education in the jurisdiction, report to the designated school within the specified time. After the freshmen report at the specified time, they will obtain the corresponding student status. Students who are not in this school district will not be allowed to establish corresponding student status.
If a new student fails to report to the school within two weeks from the date of registration, the school may cancel his admission qualification (except in special circumstances). The contents of student status include: the admission notice stamped with the student status stamp of the Education Bureau of the jurisdiction and the corresponding middle school student status stamp, the primary school graduation registration form, and the quality manual uniformly formulated by the Education Bureau.
