Dongfang Electric Group Dongfang Electric Co., Ltd., formerly known as Dongfang Electric Factory (founded in 1958), was transformed into Dongfang Electric Co., Ltd. through shareholding system reform in 1993, which is one of the earliest enterprises in China to realize simultaneous listing at home and abroad. After the overall listing of the main business assets of China Dongfang Electric Group in 2007, it was re-registered by the main business assets of the former Dongfang Electric Co., Ltd. on June 5438+ 10, 2008, and renamed as Dongfang Electric Group Dongfang Electric Co., Ltd., which is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dongfang Electric Co., Ltd.
