Hainan 20 18 Announcement on Selecting and Transferring Outstanding University Graduates to Work at the Grassroots Level

According to the spirit of the document "Opinions on Further Strengthening and Improving the Work in Selected Graduates" (No.20 1817) and other relevant regulations, the Organization Department of Hainan Provincial Party Committee selected 150 outstanding university graduates (hereinafter referred to as "Selected Graduates") to exercise at the grassroots level in 2018. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Recruitment positions, number of people and qualification conditions for applying for the exam (see Annex for details).

Second, the recruitment process

(1) Online Registration

There is no registration fee for this exam.

Registration time: May 2 18 from 8: 00 to May 3 16:00.

1. Submit the application.

Applicants should log on to the website of Hainan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security (/) within the specified time, and enter the online registration management system 20 18 (hereinafter referred to as the registration management system) for online registration. Applicants can only choose one position to register. Registration must use the second-generation ID card within the validity period, and the ID cards used for registration and examination must be the same.

2. Upload photos and other pictures

When registering online, applicants need to upload their ID card, graduation certificate and recent bareheaded blue background photo (2 inch jpg format, below 50KB). Applicants are 20 18 fresh graduates. If they have not obtained a diploma, they can upload their photos and affix the official seal of the college department.

This exam implements the system of good faith registration. Applicants should carefully read the letter of commitment of good faith, recruitment position table, etc. Apply for qualified positions according to personal circumstances and fill in relevant information truthfully, comprehensively and accurately as required. Applicants who provide false application materials will be disqualified once verified. Whoever forges or alters relevant documents, materials and information to defraud the examination qualification shall be dealt with in accordance with the relevant provisions on violation of discipline and regulations in the civil service recruitment examination.

3. Query the qualification examination results

After submitting the application materials, candidates must log in to the registration management system from 8: 00 on May 2, 2008 to 3: 00 on May 3, 2008 16: 00. Successful applicants may not change to other positions; If the registration fails, you should supplement the materials as prompted and resubmit the application.

Print the exam attendance docket

Applicants who have passed the qualification examination will log in to the registration management system to print the admission ticket after 9: 00 on June 1 1, 2065438.

(2) Examination content and time

(2) Composition of written test scores

Written test score 100. Candidates' written test scores are calculated with a percentage system, and 2 decimal places are reserved according to rounding.

(3) Delineating qualified written test scores

After the written test, the provincial civil service department will study and determine the qualified score line of the written test, and publish it on the website of Hainan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and Hainan Party Construction Network (Nanhai Pioneer Network).

(1) Interview candidates

According to the written test scores of candidates and the number of applicants, among those who pass the written test scores, the interview candidates are determined from high to low according to the ratio of 1: 2. Those who fail to reach the required proportion will be interviewed according to the actual number of people.

(2) interview method

Interviews are mainly structured interviews.

(3) interview time

(4) The interview results are qualified

Draw a line according to two categories: ① If you apply for the position of minority graduates living in Hainan, the score of passing the interview is 60 points. (2) Enter oneself for an examination for the position of ethnic graduates, and the score for passing the interview is 65 points.

3. Calculation of total test scores

Candidates who reach the interview score line account for 60% of the total written test scores and 40% of the interviews. The total score of the exam is rounded to two decimal places.

When the total scores of two or more candidates applying for the same position are the same, their rankings are determined in the following ways: if the total scores of the exams are the same, they will be arranged in the order of written test scores; If the written test scores are the same, the written test scores must be added up and arranged in order of high and low test scores.

(3) Qualification examination

Applicants who enter the interview scope shall be reviewed by the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee before the interview.

Applicants are required to provide their ID card, academic degree certificate (20 18 college graduates need to issue school certificates without obtaining graduation certificates), admission ticket, registration form and other relevant materials required for recruitment positions. Applicants returning from studying abroad must also issue academic certificates from the Ministry of Education. If the above materials are not provided during the qualification review, the interview qualification will be cancelled.

If the relevant materials and information are untrue and affect the results of qualification review, the candidates will be disqualified from participating in the interview.

The original and photocopy of the above documents and supporting materials shall be provided. After examination, the copy shall be kept and returned to the original.

(4) Physical examination and inspection

According to the order of the total test scores from high to low, the candidates for physical examination and investigation are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1.

1. Physical examination

The physical examination is conducted in accordance with the Notice on Revising Relevant Contents (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2065] No.438) and the Notice on Further Improving the Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2065] No.438+02).

According to the Notice of the State Administration of Civil Servants on Doing a Good Job in the Investigation of Civil Servants' Employment (Guo Fa [2065438+03] No.2), the investigation was carried out.

(5) Publicity and employment

According to the total test scores, inspection and physical examination results, put forward the list of candidates to be hired, and publicize it to the public online for 7 days. The publicity content includes the job title, the name of the person to be hired, gender, admission ticket number, education background, graduation institution or work unit, and at the same time, the report telephone number is announced and the real name report is accepted.

After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem or the problems reflected by the investigation do not affect the employment, the employment procedures shall be handled; Reflect does not meet the relevant provisions of the civil service recruitment, and find evidence, will not be hired; If there are serious problems that are difficult to verify at the moment, the employment will be suspended, and the conclusion will be verified within 20 working days before deciding whether to hire.

(6) Distribution

Selected Graduates was recruited by the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and assigned to counties (cities, districts), and then assigned to villages and towns by the Organization Department of the county (city, district) committee according to the needs of work. However, he had to work in the village for two years before he could perform the relevant duties of university student village officials. After the expiration of the one-year probation period, the post grading shall be carried out in accordance with the post grading regulations for newly hired civil servants.

The personnel to be hired are allocated in strict accordance with the recruitment positions. Applicants for the same position shall be ranked according to the comprehensive test results within the number of positions to be recruited, and then the cities and counties to be allocated shall be selected independently.

When choosing to distribute cities and counties independently, if the comprehensive test scores are the same, the written test scores will be given priority; If the written test results are the same again, the written test will be added and the preliminary test results will be given priority.

Selected Graduates who is hired must obey the organization's distribution, and those who do not obey the distribution without justifiable reasons will be disqualified.
