After more than 30 years of practice and exploration, the MBA Education Center of Tianjin University of Finance and Economics has gradually built a high-quality faculty of China, Canada and the United States. The teachers of the foreign partners are mainly teachers of the business school of West Trinity University, and they are also imported from the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Chicago. Course introduction
The curriculum design principle of the MBA program of Canadian West Trinity University-Tianjin University of Finance and Economics is to pay attention to the combination of cutting-edge theory and practice in the field of international business, and on this basis, to strengthen students' mastery of corporate finance theory and tools. The teaching method combines classroom teaching, case analysis, sand table simulation, international enterprise survey, diagnosis consultation and so on. So as to cultivate an international MBA in the direction of international business and corporate finance.
At the same time, the international MBA program of Tianjin University of Finance and Economics adopts a combination of Chinese and western cases. In order to solve the problem that Sino-foreign cooperative MBA education is out of touch with China's economic development and enterprise reality, this project moved the case consultation and diagnosis of teaching courses for Chinese and foreign enterprises to multinational companies around the Bohai Sea through two enterprise classrooms in the Leadership Center of the Business School of West Trinity University. Through the establishment of enterprise laboratories, Chinese and foreign educational resources will be effectively connected, and a Sino-foreign cooperative education mode will be established to explore the integration of Chinese and Western elements into China, so as to cultivate international enterprise management talents who are more familiar with the characteristics of China enterprises and have a global vision.
In addition, during the study period, students can go to Canada for short-term and medium-term overseas exchanges through exchange study and study tour, which can not only experience the advanced MBA education in North America and enrich their knowledge, but also deepen their experience of foreign cultures and truly realize the education of business elites.
