The total number of APs in the weak current project of CSR logistics code scanning wireless AP undertaken by us is 1 17, and the original planned construction period is from May 22nd, 20 15 to June 30th, 20 15; Our company officially started construction on May 22, 20 15. By June 23rd, 20 15, 89 AP points had been accumulated, but 28 AP points were not completed.
Since the project department of our company entered the workshop and organized the construction on May 22nd, the following problems have affected the normal construction and progress of this project of our company:
1. Influence of various factors on the entry and stop of bogies: (1). Our company communicated with the person in charge of the bogie division for four consecutive days from June 9, 2006 to June 23, 2006. Due to the fault of the construction party, the person in charge of the bogie failed to sign the AP distribution diagram, and the work stopped continuously from June 9, 2006. (2) The core problem of shutdown is mainly composed of two parts. First, the Bogie Division requires that the optical fiber backbone network be re-moved from the office network room to the workshop of the big iron room. Second, it is required to expand the coverage and AP point of the workshop of the big iron house.
2. Impact of backbone network equipment: During the construction process, through our judgment and communication with the network center, we found that many original backbone network switch equipment was damaged and replaced, which affected the construction progress of some AP outlets. At present, some AP network switch access points have no WLAN (wide area network) upload, and are communicating with the information center to solve it. ?
3. Changes in equipment and materials: Most of the cable sleeves of the original bogie division were PVC pipes, which were changed to galvanized pipes at the strong request of the person in charge, greatly increasing the working hours (the sleeves of workshop monitoring and phase I AP logistics code scanning system were all PVC pipes).
In view of the above situation, considering the later construction comprehensively, we also actively took corresponding measures, adjusted the original construction plan, installed one as soon as possible, and accelerated the construction progress of the project as much as possible. However, in order to ensure the engineering quality and construction safety of this project, we hereby apply to your company to extend the effective construction period of this project by 10 day and postpone the completion time of this project to 20 15 July 10 day.
