Project content: In order to meet the increasing demand of heating for residents and production gas for enterprises in Area B, the enterprise plans to build 1× 130t/h high-temperature sub-high-pressure circulating fluidized bed boiler (UG- 130/5.3-M) and corresponding coal conveying, water supply, desulfurization facilities (double alkali method) and dust removal facilities (electric power)
The total area of this project is about 1700m m, and the main buildings and structures include boiler room, deaeration room, coal bunker room, dust collector, desulfurization facilities, slag bunker, etc.
The planned investment of the project is 6,465,438+million yuan, of which the environmental protection investment is about 1.0 1.52 million yuan.
Main pollutants: The pollutants generated by the project mainly include smoke and dust, sulfur dioxide (SO2) and nitrogen oxides (nitrogen oxides) in boiler exhaust gas; Equipment noise; Production wastewater and domestic sewage; Boiler ash, slag, desulfurization slag and domestic garbage.
Preventive measures: At present, 3×75t/h+1× 130t/h boilers all adopt double alkali desulfurization; 3×75t/h boiler adopts three electric fields for electrostatic dust removal, and 1× 130t/h boiler adopts four electric fields for electrostatic dust removal. After transformation, the newly-built 1× 130t/h boiler adopts electric bag compound dust removal and double alkali process for desulfurization; Take comprehensive control measures such as vibration reduction, noise elimination and sound insulation for the main noise sources; Production wastewater and domestic sewage are discharged up to standard after treatment; Comprehensive utilization of boiler ash and desulfurization slag solid waste. By taking the above measures, the discharge of various pollutants can be effectively controlled. The company has developed a circulating water heating project, which is the first clean development mechanism (CDM) project approved by Qingdao. In order to further strengthen enterprise energy management, improve and optimize enterprise energy conservation and emission reduction, the company implemented a pilot project of circular economy. At present, as one of the key pilot projects, the renovation project of enterprise slag cooler has been completed. In this project, the circulating fluidized bed boiler (the temperature is generally 900℃) is manually deslagging, and the residual heat of slag is heated to desalt water by installing a slag cooler, which improves the boiler efficiency by 1-3%, and solves the potential safety hazard, energy waste and environmental protection problems caused by manual deslagging. The project investment is 850,000 yuan, which can save 700 tons of standard coal every year.
