According to the inquiry of official website, Zhumadian Municipal People's Government, the ppp project for kitchen waste treatment in Zhumadian City started construction on February 30, 2020. The project is led by Everbright Environmental Protection and signed by Everbright Environmental Kitchen, Beijing Environment, Everbright Water, Beijing Guancheng Resources and Zhumadian Municipal Government. The cooperation period of the project is 30 years, the construction period is 3 years and the franchise period is 27 years.
