What should I do if the information disclosure of listed companies in the New Third Board is not timely or open?
If the listed company fails to disclose the annual report or semi-annual report within the prescribed time limit, it is suggested that the sponsoring brokerage firm issue a risk disclosure announcement. If a listed company fails to disclose its annual report within the prescribed time limit, it is suggested that the sponsoring brokerage firm implement special treatment for its shares. Where a listed company and its directors violate the provisions of these Rules, the sponsoring brokerage firm shall order them to make corrections. If the circumstances are serious, the regulatory agency shall report to the relevant competent department for punishment. If a listed company refuses to fulfill its information disclosure obligations, the sponsoring brokerage firm shall suspend the cancellation of the registration of restricted shares of its controlling shareholder and actual controller, and report relevant matters to the regulatory authorities.
