The compensation method for dismissing employees is as follows:
1. If the employee is dismissed due to fault, the unit does not need compensation;
2. If the employee is dismissed due to incompetence and other reasons, and the unit notifies the employee in writing 30 days in advance, it only needs to pay compensation according to the working years, otherwise it needs to pay an extra month's salary;
3. Those who dismiss employees illegally shall be compensated according to twice the economic compensation standard.
