Southwest Securities Company, formerly known as Yangtze Tianfu Tourist Steamship Co., Ltd., is a joint-stock company established by the state-owned Sichuan Fuling Steamship Company, Sichuan Shu Hai Transportation Investment Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Steamship Company on the basis of the overall restructuring of the state-owned Sichuan Fuling Steamship Company, and through the directional raising of shares to social legal persons and internal employees. Approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) No.200962 and No.63, the company sold major assets and merged with Southwest Securities Co., Ltd. by adding new shares. The original assets, liabilities, business and related personnel of the company have been set aside, and the assets, liabilities, business and related personnel of Southwest Securities Co., Ltd. were inherited by the company, and the industrial and commercial change registration procedures were completed on February 17, 2009, and it was renamed "Southwest Securities Co., Ltd.".
