Financial leasing refers to the transaction in which the lessor leases the leased property obtained from the supplier to the lessee for possession and use according to the lessee's choice or approval of the leased property and the supplier, and collects the rent from the lessee. A financial leasing company shall obtain the ownership of the leased property according to law.
The business scope of a financial leasing company includes financial leasing business, transfer and assignment of financial leasing assets, fixed-income securities investment business, accepting lease deposits from lessees, absorbing time deposits of non-bank shareholders for more than three months (inclusive), interbank borrowing, loans from financial institutions, overseas loans, sale and disposal of leased property, and economic consultation.
