Mianyang Chen Xin Power Machinery Co., Ltd. (Chen Xin Power for short) was established in May 2005, 1998. It is a Sino-foreign joint venture invested by Nanbang Investment Co., Ltd. and Mianyang Xinhua Internal Combustion Engine Co., Ltd., a winner of the National May 1 Labor Award, a pilot enterprise for building innovative enterprises in Sichuan Province, a demonstration enterprise of high-tech industries in Sichuan Province, and one of the 25 "10 billion enterprises" that Sichuan Province has focused on cultivating in the Eleventh Five-Year Plan.
