(4) There are more than two registered fire engineers 12 in fire safety assessment institutions and construction enterprises, including at least eight first-class registered fire engineers;

(five) fire safety assessment agencies, construction enterprises and sound fire safety assessment process control system;

(six) in the three years before the application of the construction unit, the fire safety assessment institution has engaged in at least ten fire safety assessment activities of industrial buildings and civil buildings with a single building area of more than 30,000 square meters;

(seven) other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

Second, the secondary qualification standard of fire safety assessment institutions

Basic conditions of two-level fire safety assessment institutions:

(a) the legal person qualification of the construction unit of the fire safety assessment institution, with a registered capital of more than 2 million yuan and a site construction area of more than 100 square meters;

(2) Equipment, facilities and necessary technical support conditions suitable for fire safety assessment institutions, construction enterprises and fire safety assessment business scope;

(three) fire safety assessment agencies, construction enterprises registered fire engineers more than eight people, including at least four first-class registered fire engineers;

(four) fire safety assessment institutions to build a sound fire safety assessment process control system for enterprises;

(five) other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations for the fire safety assessment institution of the construction unit.
