On March 10, the Party Committee of Shanghai Foreign Trade Bureau held a meeting on the preparation of Shanghai Foreign Trade College. At the three joint meetings attended by the Foreign Trade Department of Shanghai International Studies University and Shanghai Foreign Trade Children's Middle School, it was decided to set up the preparatory group of Shanghai Foreign Trade College.
