The difference between dividends and stocks

Legal analysis: Share represents the proportion of investment in the company and represents rights and interests. Dividend means that the company decides how much profit to distribute to shareholders according to their accumulated profits, and the proportion of dividend is distributed according to the proportion of shares held by shareholders. Bonus is a reward system for employees when a company creates profits. Stocks occupy a certain position in the company.

Legal basis: Article 77 of the Company Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), a joint stock limited company may be established by means of initiation or public offering. A promoter refers to a company established by the promoters who subscribe for all the shares that should be issued by the company.
