According to relevant public information, on September 6th, 20021,China Baowu Resources Co., Ltd. and Xichang Mining Co., Ltd. signed the Central and Local Pairing Cooperation Agreement and the Entrusted Management Agreement of Steel Pipe Industry, and Xichang Mining Co., Ltd. will entrust Baowu Resources Co., Ltd. to manage its seamless steel pipe business.
