According to the provisions of Article 211 of the Company Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), if a company fails to start business for more than six months without justifiable reasons after its establishment, or it has been closed for more than six consecutive months, its business license may be revoked by the company registration authority.
Article 213 stipulates that if a company uses its name to engage in serious illegal acts that endanger national security and social interests, its business license shall be revoked.
