A: Zhejiang Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned company funded by the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government. As a provincial state-owned operating institution, it is authorized to operate the state-owned assets of Zhejiang Construction Engineering Group. Now it is a large-scale provincial-managed enterprise managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Zhejiang Provincial People's Government.
B: Zhejiang Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. is the largest construction enterprise group in Zhejiang Province with a history of more than 60 years. It is the "eldest son of state-owned enterprises" in Zhejiang Province and a state-owned holding group funded by the provincial government. Formerly known as Zhejiang Construction Company, it was established in 1949 and 15 in August, and has undergone changes in 14 from Zhejiang Construction Management Bureau, Zhejiang Urban Construction Bureau, Zhejiang Construction Department and Zhejiang Basic Construction Bureau. On March 28th, 2002, it was officially renamed as Zhejiang Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. As the first provincial large-scale state-owned enterprise, it completed the overall restructuring in 2009 and realized the diversification of property rights. During the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period, the Group will take the overall listing as one of its key tasks.
