Styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) is the most widely used, produced and sold rubber among all synthetic rubbers. The company adopts low-temperature emulsion polymerization process, with butadiene and styrene as the main raw materials, and applies redox catalytic system, which is produced by free radical emulsion polymerization, blending (or oil-filled), coagulation, post-treatment and other processes. Products are widely used in rubber products such as tires, power tires, rubber shoes, rubber hoses and tapes. Compared with natural rubber, it has good wear resistance, natural aging resistance, ozone resistance, water resistance, air tightness and uniformity, and can be mixed with natural rubber in any proportion. It is polluted oil-extended styrene-butadiene rubber. Rubber has a high degree of polymerization, contains about 30% high aromatic oil, has good processability, excellent adhesion and wear resistance, has a greater price advantage than non-oil-filled rubber, and is suitable for dark products. Widely used in black rubber products such as tires, conveyor belts, rubber hoses and rubber overshoes.
