Does Shanghai Zhicheng Biological have annual leave?

Article 3 of the Regulations on Paid Annual Leave for Employees: Employees who have worked for more than 1 year but less than 10/year shall take 5 days of annual leave; Annual leave 10 days if it is over/kloc-0 years but less than 20 years; Annual leave 15 days for those who have completed 20 years. National statutory holidays and rest days are not included in the annual leave.

Article 4 Employees shall not enjoy annual leave in the current year under any of the following circumstances:

(a) employees enjoy the winter and summer vacations according to law, and the number of vacation days is more than the number of annual vacation days;

(two) employees leave for more than 20 days and the unit fails to deduct wages according to regulations;

(3) Employees who have worked at least 1 year but less than 10 year have taken sick leave for more than 2 months;

(4) Employees who have worked for 10 years but less than 20 years have been sick for more than 3 months;

(five) employees who have worked for more than 20 years have taken sick leave for more than 4 months.

According to Article 12 of the Measures for the Implementation of Paid Annual Leave for Enterprise Employees, when the employer dissolves or terminates the labor contract with the employee, if the employee fails to take annual leave, he shall convert the number of annual leave days according to the working hours of the employee in the current year and pay the annual leave salary, but the annual leave salary shall not be paid for the part that is less than 1 full days after conversion. 2. The prescribed conversion method is: (calendar days that have passed in our company in that year ÷365 days) × annual leave days that employees should enjoy throughout the year-annual leave days that have been arranged in that year. 3. After arriving at a new company, according to the provisions of Article 5 of the Regulations, if the employee is a new employer and meets the provisions of Article 3 of these Measures, the number of annual leave days not taken in the current year shall be determined by converting the remaining calendar days in the company, and the part less than 1 whole days after conversion shall not enjoy annual leave.
