After the acquisition, the company will hold 209 million shares of Hekang Xinneng through Midea HVAC, accounting for 65,438+08.73% of its total share capital, and control 264 million shares of Hekang Xinneng through 5,574,730 shares of voting rights entrusted by Shangfeng Group and Ye Jinwu.
