For the landlord, this information will be made public. Some landlords don't want others to know their housing information, but once put on record, it will cause leakage and may cause some trouble in the future. So this will also have some negative effects. If the tenant is engaged in an improper industry, it will have a certain adverse effect on the landlord.
If it is only to obtain a business license, it has no actual impact on the landlord's house. It is suggested that the landlord and the other party must sign a complete contract to bind the other party to abide by the law, and indicate in the contract which party will bear the rent tax. If the lease relationship is terminated and the lessee is required to cancel the business license or change the address of the business license, it will not affect the re-lease.
