Within the exploration rights of Hezhang (84.46 square kilometers) and Weining (Lu Fang) (56 square kilometers), there are medium and heavy rare earth and light rare earth-rich deposits, second only to Baiyunebo and Jiangxi. Zhongtian Chengtou and Guiyang Yunyan Zhongzhicheng Market Investment Planning Co., Ltd. signed relevant agreements with Guizhou Coalfield Geology Bureau to acquire Yemachuan Coal Mine in Hezhang, Guizhou and Gedaying Coal Mine in Weining, Guizhou. The acquisition will make Zhongtian Chengtou's coal reserves reach about 400 million tons.
