The employees of 1 and CMEC (referred to as China Machinery and Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd. for short) are divided into two major sequences: business and function, with different salary and bonus components in different sequences.
2. The salary of employees in the Division consists of basic salary, project allowance (including year-end bonus) and overseas allowance. The basic salary is between 7K-7K- 10k, and the project allowance and overseas allowance vary from thousands to tens of thousands according to the project benefit and national conditions. Employees in business departments need to travel permanently or frequently to countries where overseas projects are located, and have more than 40 days of return leave every year.
3. The salary of employees in functional departments consists of basic salary and year-end bonus. The basic salary is between 12k- 13k, and the year-end bonus is generally three months' salary, plus dividends from functional departments. Employees of functional departments generally do not need to travel, and their working place is in Beijing.
4.CMEC employees also enjoy benefits such as five insurances and one gold, supplementary medical insurance, enterprise annuity, long-term medical fund, transportation subsidy, heating subsidy, employee dormitory, communication subsidy, food subsidy, employee physical examination, and settlement in Beijing.
5.CMEC employees have high requirements for academic qualifications. More than 70% of the employees recruited by the school every year are master students, and most of the undergraduates are majoring in small languages. CMEC employees mainly come from universities and returnees in Beijing, and there are also a few fresh graduates from universities outside Beijing every year.
