According to the information of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Ministry of Education, the organizers of the German Academy of Capital Normal University were changed from "Capital Normal University and Shenzhen Lotte Century Investment Co., Ltd." to "Capital Normal University and Beijing Guo Rong Yuan Jing Investment Co., Ltd.". Capital Normal University is located in Beijing. Founded in 2004, it is a full-time ordinary college (independent college) with the approval of China People and Ministry of Education and organized by Beijing Guo Rong Yuan Jing Investment Co., Ltd. to implement undergraduate education.
