Shen Yin Wanguo is the name of a securities company, and its full name is Shen Yin Wanguo Securities Co., Ltd. (Shen Yin Wanguo for short). It was formed by the merger of the former Shanghai Shen Yin Securities Company and the former Shanghai Wanguo Securities Company on July 2006 1996. It is the earliest joint-stock securities company in China, and also one of the comprehensive securities companies with the largest scale, the most complete business and the widest distribution of business outlets in China.
