The predecessor of Bosch Iron and Steel Company is BHP (exclusive to Brokenshire). As early as 1885, BHP Billiton began to mine silver, lead and zinc in New South Wales, Australia. 19 15 years, BHP Billiton started steel production.

Bosch Steel was separated from BHP Billiton in March 20001and listed in Australia in July 2002. Today, BOOSG Steel Group owns a group of the most famous steel structure construction enterprises in Australia, New Zealand and North America, all of which have decades of rich experience and excellent quality, including John Lysander Company of Australia, Australian Steel Company, New Zealand Steel Company and Butler Manufacturing Group. Recently, we also acquired Smogon Steel Company of the United States and Smogon Steel Distribution Company of IMSA Steel Company. In addition, the market established and developed by Bosch Iron and Steel Group in Asia has further enhanced our ability to operate the largest metal electroplating and color coating, pressure plate and prefabricated steel structure building network in the Asia-Pacific region.
