Most shareholders' rights and interests of listed companies come directly or indirectly from Chinese mainland controlled by China Capital.

Listing requirements for red-chip enterprises: the company's profit in the first year and the second year is not less than HK$ 30 million; The profit for the third year shall not be less than HK$ 20 million.
