In September, 1987, Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Securities Company, the first professional securities company established in China, closed down. Two of the first three sales offices in Shenzhen died, and the remaining one was restructured into today's Guo Xin Securities. Shen Yin Securities, Universal Securities and Haitong Securities. Now all the countries in Shen Yin are unified, and Haitong is independent. These three companies have persisted to this day: Guo Xin Securities, Shen Yin Wanguo and Haitong Securities.
