What does the XH file number stand for?

XH of document number format has different regulations according to different companies. Generally speaking, it may refer to the red-headed documents issued by a certain department of the company. If it is a big company, you can refer to the red-headed documents issued by subsidiaries or branches.

The whole document can be roughly divided into three parts, header part, text part and release information part.

1, header section

The header is usually the name of the enterprise, such as the document of xxxxx Technology Co., Ltd. and the number of this article, such as the numbering rule XXXXX[20 18]No. 1, where XXXXX is usually the abbreviation of the company, [20 18] is the year of publication, and 1 refers to the first document.

2. Body parts

The body part is used to show the specific content of this post, including the document title (XXXX's view on XXX) and details.

Step 3 release information

The release information section is used to display the company name, release date and the names of relevant personnel who need to be copied and directed.
