Known as a revolution in chlor-alkali brine refining in China, the brine refining technology of chlor-alkali enterprises in China is on the same starting line as that of developed countries such as Europe and America. At the same time, the enterprise took the lead in removing sulfate by membrane filtration instead of barium chloride, becoming the first enterprise in domestic chlor-alkali industry to adopt this technology. In 2006, "Hua Bin" brand caustic soda series products were awarded "National Inspection Exemption for Product Quality" by AQSIQ, while the leading products "Hua Bin" brand propylene oxide and caustic soda series products were successively awarded "Shandong Famous Trademark" and "Hua Bin" brand trademark was awarded "Shandong Famous Trademark" by Shandong Industrial and Commercial Bureau. As far as caustic soda production is concerned, the company ranks among the three major suppliers of propylene oxide products in China. The market supply of propylene oxide products has maintained its national position for four consecutive years, accounting for 20% of the market, and the market share of oilfield additives products accounts for 30%. Shandong Huabin Dong Rui Chemical Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hua Bin with a total investment of 6,543.8+0.5 billion yuan, not only continues the rationality of advanced technical equipment and process matching in Hua Bin, but also attaches great importance to the matching of upstream and downstream products of various devices and the recycling of three wastes, attaches importance to the energy saving and emission reduction of devices, actively builds a circular economy industrial chain, fully embodies the concept of "circular economy", energy saving and emission reduction, and green chemical industry, and recycles the bulk wastes that plague enterprises in the same industry. As the second largest oil refining industry in Hua Bin Group, Binyang Fuel Chemical Company was established on June 7, 2006.
