Appointed by the leaders of the Central Organization Department, the responsible comrades of the relevant cadre bureaus of the Central Organization Department announced the central decision to remove Comrade Luo from the post of Party Secretary of China Group Company.
When Luo was in charge of PICC China, he was full of ambition and put forward the goal of "returning to the C position", which made the industry look askance. In his view, returning to position C involves ability, system and technology, but more importantly, ideas and thoughts, so cultural transformation is inevitable. Moreover, he re-studied the cultural system of PICC and specially designed the LOGO of PICC in China-the logo of PICC was only replaced by abbreviations in the past.

According to his resume, Luo has served in ABC for the longest time, reaching 22 years, working in ICBC for 4 years, working in China Export Credit Insurance Corporation for 3 years, working in China Resources Group for nearly 3 years, and taking charge of Taiping Group for 2 years. During his tenure as the head of Taiping Group, Luo also served as the chairman of Taiping Insurance Group (Hong Kong) Company and Taiping Insurance Holdings, and concurrently served as the chairman of many Taiping subsidiaries such as Taiping Life Insurance and Taiping Assets.
After 20 18 took charge of Taiping, Luo vigorously promoted the development concept of "* * * enjoying Taiping", established the development strategy with the goal of "building an international modern financial and insurance group with global competitiveness", and actively promoted the internationalization and information layout.
