It is clear that a general deposit account cannot be opened in a depositor's bank in basic deposit account (referring to the same business institution):
A company can only open one basic deposit account, and other general accounts, temporary accounts and special accounts are linked under this basic deposit account. Basic deposit account is the only way to open other accounts. According to the current system, there is no limit to the total number of accounts opened.
Bank accounts can be divided into basic account, special accounts and auxiliary accounts.
1. basic account.
The account where the customer handles the daily transfer of funds and cash. According to different units and the nature of their funds, they can open accounts such as depositors, current accounts, budget depositors, spending limit depositors, off-budget depositors and other depositors.
2. Special account.
Accounts for special management of customers' funds with specific purposes, such as special fund depositors and lenders of industrial and commercial enterprises.
3. Auxiliary account.
Basic account's subsidiary account. If a non-independent accounting unit is far away from the competent unit, an account shall be opened in a nearby bank for the convenience of its receipt and payment. Generally, the opening of auxiliary accounts should be strictly controlled to avoid dispersing funds and affecting the financial management of the unit.
Enterprise account information is as follows:
1. Original and photocopy of business license (annual inspection).
2. Original and photocopy of organization code certificate (annual inspection).
3. The original and photocopy of the national tax registration certificate.
4. If another person is authorized to handle it, the original and photocopy of the ID card of the legal representative and the original and photocopy of the ID card of the authorized person shall be issued.
Original and photocopy of the legal representative's ID card directly handled by the legal representative.
5. Original and photocopy of basic account account opening permit.
6. The official letter issued by the enterprise to open a general deposit account with the official seal, and the bank keeps the original.
Bring all the seals and above materials of the enterprise directly to the bank, or consult with the bank where the account is opened. The requirements of each bank will be slightly different.
