Secondly, the interlocking control and debugging of various pumps in lubricating oil system and condenser system is another key point of electrical instrument debugging, and the correct interlocking of main and auxiliary pumps of lubricating oil and condensate is also the key to the normal operation of compressor and steam turbine generator set. Therefore, during the system debugging, I analyzed the interlocking schematic diagram designed by the design institute with the construction team to deeply understand the design intention. In particular, the interlock between the lubricating oil pressure and the start-stop of the main and auxiliary pumps of lubricating oil and the start-stop interlock of the main and auxiliary pumps of condensate water is the key to the normal operation of the whole compressor unit and steam turbine generator set. According to the design drawings of Lu Hua Synthetic Factory, the main and auxiliary pumps of the original lubricating oil pump and condensate pump are interlocked in the field operation column for field control. In order to better monitor and control the interlock of main and auxiliary pumps in real time and ensure the safe operation of the whole unit, interlock control is added in the instrument control room after consultation with the owner's instrument specialty. In order to better complete the cleaning, pressure test and leakage test of more than 300 control valves, we concentrated on the cleaning, pressure test and leakage test of control valves in the prefabrication yard before installing the control valves. Because most control valves are air-open control valves, it brings many difficulties to the cleaning and degreasing of control valves. After consulting with the technicians of the construction team, it is decided to use the air pump as the instrument air source, and use the hart communicator to apply a signal to open the control valve, and the cleaner will clean the control valve when it is opened. After the production and operation of the secondary reduction workshop for a period of time, the owner's technicians found that the temperature of silicon gas filtered by vaporized hydrogen dropped after it came out of the connecting pipe between vaporizing chambers and entered the bus room, so the normal heat preservation measures could not meet the normal production of products. The owner decided to add electric tracing to the trichlorosilane pipeline, and the electric tracing temperature control scheme adopted xxx e5cz-r2 intelligent temperature controller to control the electric tracing belt.
