Excuse me: Is there no legal time limit for camera maintenance? Can I claim compensation in this case? Who should I claim compensation from?

1. The legal minimum period of three guarantees is one year. Within the three-guarantee period, if the manufacturer fails to provide spare parts, and it has not been repaired for more than 90 days since the date of repair, the repairer shall indicate in the repair status, and the seller shall replace the products of the same model and specification for consumers free of charge accordingly. Then claim compensation from producers and suppliers according to law or deal with it according to the purchase and sale contract.

If the repair period exceeds 30 days due to the repairer's own reasons, the same model and specification products will be replaced for consumers free of charge. The cost is borne by the repairer.

2. If the seller does not have products of the same model and specification and the consumer does not want to exchange products of other models and specifications within the validity period of the three guarantees, the seller shall return them; If there are products of the same model and specification, and consumers are unwilling to exchange them and ask for a return, the seller shall return them and charge depreciation fees for old goods in accordance with these regulations. The depreciation expense shall be calculated from the date of invoice issuance to the date of return, in which the repair occupation and the time to be repaired shall be deducted.

You can sue the seller and compensate the reasonable transportation expenses.
