National petrochemical industrial base
Gaolan Port Economic Zone is one of the six major petrochemical industrial bases in Guangdong Province, and it is also a demonstration zone for upgrading chemical industrial clusters in Guangdong Province. Initially formed a petrochemical industrial cluster with PTA, synthetic resin and lubricating oil as the main line. At present, more than 100 petrochemical and fine chemical projects such as Bibi PTA, Shell Lubricating Oil, Luborun Lubricating Oil Additive, Celanese Industrial Ethanol, China Resources Polyester and Xiaoxing Spandex have been settled, and China will strive to build the largest production base of PTA, polyester, synthetic resin, lubricating oil and additives.
National clean energy base
Gaolan Port Economic Zone seizes the great opportunity of oil and gas field development in the South China Sea, focuses on the development of natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas-related industries, strengthens the construction of clean energy bases and the introduction of clean energy projects, forms a clean energy industrial chain and builds a national clean energy base. The receiving capacity of the first phase of key construction is 81200 million cubic meters per year, and the long-term receiving capacity is 20 billion cubic meters per year. Jinwan LNG receiving station, with an initial scale of 3.5 million tons/year and long-term capacity of120,000 tons/year; And Guangdong Zhuhai LNG cold energy air separation project invested by CNOOC Energy Co., Ltd., the production scale of this project is to produce 300t/d of liquid oxygen, 300t/d of liquid nitrogen (equivalent to 10000Nm3/h) and liquid argon14.5t/d.. Accelerate the construction of two 9F gas-fired cogeneration units in the first phase and 12 9F natural gas generator units in the long term.
Regional international logistics center
Gaolan Port Economic Zone adheres to the construction principle of "high starting point and high standard" and builds "one port, two centers and one gateway" (namely, China coastal container trunk port, South China bulk cargo, oil and gas chemicals distribution center and regional port logistics center, and Chinese mainland's gateway to the outside world). The total storage capacity of oil, gas and liquid chemicals put into production in Gaolan Port reached10.62 million cubic meters, of which the bonded storage capacity was close to10.65438+0.7 million cubic meters. It is one of the largest storage areas of oil and natural gas chemicals in China, and also the main distribution center of oil, natural gas and liquid chemicals in southern China.
