At present, the New Third Board is temporarily divided into two layers: the basic layer and the innovation layer. In order to enter the innovation layer, the new third board listed company must meet one of the following conditions:

The average daily market value of the recent 60 market-making transfers is not less than 600 million yuan; Shareholders' equity at the end of the most recent year is not less than 50 million yuan; The number of market makers shall be no less than 6; The number of qualified investors shall not be less than 50.

A listed company that meets the above requirements and enters the innovation layer shall also meet the following conditions:

(1) The financing of stock issuance has been completed within the last 12 months (including applying for listing and issuing stocks at the same time), and the accumulated financing amount is not less than100000 yuan; Or the actual transaction days in the last 60 transferable days account for not less than 50%.
