Young eagle enterprises should not be production bases, branches, sales companies, trading companies, etc. All kinds of enterprises, and the current year and the previous year were not included in the list of abnormal operations and the list of serious illegal and untrustworthy enterprises.
One of the conditions that young eagle enterprise certification needs to meet;
(1) The enterprise has more than 1 class I intellectual property rights or more than 2 class II intellectual property rights within the validity period.
(2) The enterprise has a software enterprise certificate and a software product certificate within the validity period.
(3) The enterprise has been ranked above the Excellence Award in the final of the National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, or above the third prize in the final of the provincial innovation and entrepreneurship competition.
(4) The enterprise has the national high-tech enterprise qualification certificate within the validity period.
(5) The enterprise won the national or provincial science and technology award.
