How did the blockchain of Boao Forum for Asia die fancy?

On the morning of May 28th, a video of a special actor playing Mao Zedong attending the 20 18 Boao Blockchain Asia Forum was forwarded in a circle of friends. In his speech, the actor said, "I thank you in the name of Mao Zedong". According to the organizer, the organizing Committee includes investment institutions such as Panda Capital, and the activities are supported by blockchain media such as Mars Finance. The Beijing News reporter was informed that Panda Capital and Mars Finance subsequently issued a clarification statement, saying that they did not participate in the event and did not cooperate with the forum. At the same time, the organizing Committee announced that the actor's speech did not represent the organizing Committee, but only part of the performance.

According to the agenda of this activity, the speaker who plays Mao Zedong is Xu Guoxiang, "the first special actor and famous actor in China".

Previously, the Organizing Committee of the 20 18 Boao Blockchain Forum for Asia announced that the Forum Organizing Committee was composed of Currency Finance, China Blockchain Venture Capital Alliance, Cloud Chain Technology, Ant Blockchain Alliance, Little Capital, Hip-hop Finance, B20 Blockchain Fans Alliance, DAPPLABS, Hummingbird Media, Panda Capital, TOKEN CLUB, Lightspeed Capital, Blockchain Entrepreneurship Institute, Zhongtian International, and Quantum Bitcoin * *. The inaugural meeting of the Forum Organizing Committee and the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement were held on May 6th.

Posters and promotional materials also show that blockchain media such as Mars Finance "supported the media" for the 20 18 Boao Blockchain Forum for Asia.

However, the above information introduction attracted many denials. Panda Capital said in the statement that Panda Capital did not participate in the 20 18 Boao Blockchain Asia Forum, nor had it had any contact and cooperation with the forum before. The word "Panda Capital" appearing in the forum is not authorized by Panda Capital (the actual manager is "Shanghai Abao Brothers Investment Management Co., Ltd.").

Wang Feng, the founder of Mars Finance, also issued a statement in his personal circle of friends, saying, "I strongly condemn the so-called Boao Blockchain Conference, which is a vulgar marketing behavior without political integrity, and call on everyone to boycott this unnecessary cottage meeting."

The reporter also found that Qualcomm, founder and CEO of TokenClub, also stated in his personal circle of friends that "the organizer TokenClub shown in the poster of Boao Blockchain Conference held in Boao, Hainan is not our TOKEN CLUB."

In addition, the reporter did not find an organization named Lightspeed Capital, but Lightspeed China, which is similar to this name, issued a statement denying that it was Lightspeed Capital as mentioned by the organizer.

At noon, the Organizing Committee of Boao Blockchain Forum for Asia issued an announcement, saying that the conference was officially held after the public security organs reported it in accordance with the law. The speech of Mr. Xu Guoxiang, the special actor of the conference, does not represent the speech of the organizing committee. After communicating with Mr. Xu Guoxiang, this was only part of the performance, and it didn't affect the meaning of the national leaders.

Then the reporter searched the video again and found that it had been removed.
